Experiences

An offering for those stepping across the threshold for the first time.

If you have been feeling the call — to slow down, to be held, to come home to your body — this is your invitation. A Sacred Introduction is a deeply nourishing first session, offered at $111 for 75–90 minutes, for those who have not yet experienced this work.

Each session is woven intuitively from therapeutic bodywork, energy alchemy, and somatic awareness — meeting you exactly where you are, with full presence and care.

This offering is available for a limited time, as the season turns inward. If something in you is stirring, trust it.

Whether we are practicing one~on~one, or in a small group, this offering is private and catered to your personal experience. I am open to hosting in your home, a sacred space of your choosing, or we can arrange a location together. These sessions weave together sound healing, energy alchemy, intuitive bodywork, and soul guidance — meeting you exactly where you are.

A NOURISHING ATTUNEMENT
WITH TAMMY
A sensory and soulful journey through movement, breath, sound, expression, and stillness.
Cacao is an ancient plant spirit, traditionally honoured for connection, presence, and openness.
Each experience is unique and rooted in the present moment. We follow the collective energies that are arising, allowing the path to unfold naturally and intuitively.

Here, we will explore practices of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation — woven together with live sound healing. Each session is designed to slow you down, soften your edges, and reconnect you with the wisdom of your body. Space is limited and intimate.
