Walking the deep healing path has been one of the wildest adventures of my human existence. It has also been the most freeing. My quality of life has taken flight and I feel so honored to be here, sharing my gifts, experiences, holding space and offering my support to all who are feeling the call to lean in and fly...
A little bit of HERstory...
I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada~but in 1999, something deep within me stirred, and I followed an inner call to Florida.
People often ask if I was running away from something or toward something.
The truth? Both.
I’ve always been a seeker.
Even as a young girl, I felt the world in ways I couldn’t yet explain~sensitive, open, intuitive. I felt everything. I absorbed everything. And without the right guidance, that sensitivity became something I tried to manage instead of embrace.
In my search for ease, for comfort, for belonging, I reached outward~toward people, experiences, and anything that made me feel even a little more at home in my body. I chased approval, success, connection. I pushed, achieved, performed.
I survived.
There were years of numbing~through relationships, substances, achievement, and overdoing. Years of carrying what was never mine to hold. Years of trying to fix what wasn’t broken, just unseen.
But eventually, something shifted.
A quiet whisper. A soft opening. A moment of remembering.
When I signed up for yoga teacher training, I didn’t know it would change everything.
But it did.
That was the moment the Universe leaned in and said, “It’s time.”
And this time, I listened.
My soul said yes.
What followed was a journey of unraveling, healing, remembering.
It wasn’t always graceful.
But it was sacred.
And it brought me here~to a life of deep service, intuitive knowing, and authentic embodiment.
This is where the real journey began.
And I’ve been walking the path ever since...
And then… it happened again.
In the summer of 2025, something deep within me began to stir... soft at first, almost easy to dismiss. A familiar buzz beneath the surface. What began as a whisper eventually became a voice I couldn't drown out.
The knowing crystallized into a naked truth; there was nothing left to wait for.
It was time to move.
Not to become something new... but to return.
To gather everything I have lived, survived, unraveled, and remembered. To return to my roots with medicine forged by experience and devotion shaped by fire. Back to the land that etched itself into my body, bone deep. Back to Canada.
I don’t have language for it all yet. Some callings don’t arrive with instructions or certainty. They arrive as a pull so strong that you simply stop negotiating! A truth that lives in the body long before it finds words.
Once again, I felt that same undeniable draw... the one that led me to Florida all those years ago. And once again, I chose to listen.
This isn’t a return to who I was.
It’s a return as who I am now.
Standing in the unknown. Trusting the path as it unfolds. Offering what is real, what is embodied, what has been earned through living.
And here we are... at the threshold of another becoming.
Another remembering.
Another sacred yes.

I am a New Earth Medicine Woman, and I invite you to arrive with an open heart and an open mind.
The Universe always has our backs and will only offer us what we are ready to receive. I trust this deeply. I am here as a guide, a conduit, and a vessel for Spirit to work through~offering support as you remember who you are, reconnect with your truth, and awaken your innate gifts.
Since 2001, I’ve been immersed in sacred practices, personal initiations, and embodied experiences that have shaped my path as a medicine woman. Though I’ve studied aspects of the Shamanic Healing Arts, my truest teachings have come from within~from Spirit, from Earth, from life itself. I remain forever a student of the Universe.
My work is intuitive and alive~each session with me is unique. My energy and healing touch are the foundation of what I offer, and together, we’ll explore the most aligned path for your healing journey. Whether through energy alchemy, somatic guidance, or spiritual inquiry, I hold space for deep transformation.
As my client, you’ll be gently invited into new spaces of curiosity~spaces where you can soften, shed armor, and be with what arises. We’ll trust what’s illuminated, knowing all will unfold in right timing.
Over time, my intuition and ability to see beyond the veil have deepened. I can feel when someone is resisting or holding back, and this awareness calls me to continuously refine the containers I hold. This is part of my dharma~my sacred purpose in this life.
My passion is to hold space while others heal themselves. I am not here to "fix" or "save" anyone. Rather, I support those who are ready to shed old layers, reclaim their power, and step fully into their authenticity.
I honor that this work is not for everyone. And I know that not every soul is meant to walk beside me on this path. We all have free will, and we all know~deep down~what’s best for us.
Safety and trust are central to the spaces I create, but I cannot force anyone to journey where they’re not ready to go. I respect that, and I honor the timing of your soul’s unfolding.
I will always show up in integrity, and when something feels out of alignment, I will speak to it. I see this not as conflict, but as an opportunity~an invitation to rise into greater clarity and purpose.
I am here to tend the soil of a new way of being, walking alongside those who are ready to remember, release, and rise.

What Tammy Lee does and creates goes so far beyond any job description or title, and while I will do my best to capture it in words, it’s really something that needs to be experienced to fully understand. On the surface she is a yin yoga teacher, a sound and energy healer, a creator of ceremonial spaces (cacao, music, clearing energy), and a massage therapist, but these are labels that don’t nearly encompass being in her presence and receiving her gifts or guidance.

When she sings her voice isn’t just beautiful, it’s ethereal and it feels like medicine. Her cacao ceremonies are equally intentional. She honors the cacao plant spirit, creating a chocolate elixir that is blessed to support people opening their hearts and inviting them to go inward. Every detail from the beautiful altars she creates to the way she holds space is done with so much care, awareness, effort, and love.
She is also a massage therapist and her bodywork is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. She sees the body as physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual. She moves energy and emotion while doing intuitive body work, and on top of that it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. She has helped me in so many ways from clarity, to helping me ground and regulate, being a major support system during important and challenging moments in my life.
Receiving her gifts and presence is one of the most special blessings. What makes her different isn’t just her skill and decades of experience, it’s her intention, care, depth and presence. She shows up fully with her heart and isn’t scared of her emotions or others feelings, they’re embraced and welcomed. I’m not sure I’ve ever met anyone with the courage Tammy Lee has to feel and welcome the full human experience of ups and downs with such strength and grace.

I sometimes am reluctant to share my testimonials about my yoga journey experiences since they are sacred to me. If I'm being honest, additionally when I find an amazing teacher I want to keep their magic secret so I can reap *more* of the benefit.
